Entrants for Charlie's Romance Revolution with Impulse and KISS agree that they are participating in an online TV micro program and not a competition. Entry into and subsequent appearance on the program will be judged on the merit of their value as entertainment programming as decided by a selected members of the KISS radio network programming team, and Eyeworks production company. Selection for the programs will also be subject to availability of participants for the production schedule. By entering your details online, you agree to your information being passed to the partners involved in this production, and to being contacted directly by Eyeworks. Participation in the program does not guarantee broadcast. You agree that we have the right to distribute and use by any means and on any platform and in perpetuity any program or programs that we create with you. Payment for your participation will be rendered through goods and services and/or non-redeemable vouchers in kind, the total value of which will up to but but no greater than 1000GBP. Participants in the programs must be over 18 years of age. Registrations for the programs close at 6pm on Friday 4th July 2008.
